In Windows\Temp folder I find some tmp0000xxx folders with full 4,5 Mb

this take repeat again and again and eat my nervs.

It sounds like your HDD could be jammed with junk and perhaps
fragmented badly as well which might be causing the slow program
response and such. If this is the problem, run the disk cleanup utility
and delete the temporary files, temp internet files and also recycle bin
files. Then running the disk defragmenter will show a vast improvement
in speed. You can also uncheck unwanted items from ur startup list. (
start> run> MS config )
