Depending on how much work you have done on the computer since you could try
file recovery programs. Some are better than others and you should be able
to find one that will show you the files it can recover before you pay for
it. Google file recovery and you will see loads. I've had success with
Ontrack easy recovery pro and
http://www.runtime.org/ getdataback. Try and
get the programs and use them from a floppy or keydisc because easch time
you write to the hard drive reduces your chances to successfully recover the
files.

i accidently drag and pull folder 1 into folder 2 and of course i
immediately
cancel the operation but some contents of folder 1 is in folder 2. well i
didn't know that dragging would be cut and paste and thus i deleted the
folder 1 which is in folder 2. after deleting half way i realise that
something is wrong so i cancel the deleting ... now the problem is i can't
find the delete stuff anywhere in my pc ... its not in the recycle bin ...
canceling the delete operation doesn't restore back the files ... anyone
knows how can i retrieve the delete files ? ...
