Martin,

The error occurs due to incorrect registry permissions, or if you're running
those commands from a limited user account. Reboot to Safe Mode, and login
as Administrator. Run those commands.

I have already tried using From Start-Run, type:

regsvr32 jscript
regsvr32 vbscript
regsvr32 /i mshtml

but I get an error message after regsvr 32 vbscript which reads:
DllRegisterServer in vbscript failed.
return code was :0x80004005

and for regsvr 32 /i mshtml the error message reads:
DllRegisterServer in mshtml failed.
return code was: 0x80070005

I am running XP Home Edition Ver. 2002 Service pack 2

Any help would be appreciated.
