Sheenan I've just discovered where the Advanced tab is on the Administrator
screen and found where to uncheck the right box. Thanks for pointing me in
the right direction though.

There are many ways to get to this - this is one way...

Start button --> RUN

control userpasswords2

OK.

Advanced tab.
Advanced button in the middle of the window.
Click on the Users folder.
Locate the user on the right side and left-click on them and choose
properties.
Uncheck the appropriate limitations and OK your way out.
