Spoolsv error
After trying to print an article from the web I received the following
error:
spoolsv.exe Application Error
The instruction at "0x00fe4537" referenced memory at "0x01ee1000". The
memory could not be "read".
this is an Intel P4 1.8ghz w/512meg Ram. The laser printer is connected
as part of the home network, the inkjet is connected to USB and is
shared.
I can no longer get a list of printers or reinstall my KonicaMinolta
2430 printer from the install cd. Recovering to a previous date did not
solve the problem either. My local Computer tech tells me the only
solution is to reinstall WindowsXP and suffer the loss of my programs
and data.
What can I do?
