Re: C\WINDOWS\system32\WINCTR~1.EXE Pops up every 2-5 mins



Try this. Stop WINCTR~1.EXE if it is running.

Open Task Manager...
Ctrl + Shift + Esc | Click the Processes tab |
Locate WINCTR~1.EXE, right click it and select
End Process | Click YES to whatever popsup |

Start | Run | Type or paste: %windir%\System32 |
Click OK | Scroll down the right hand pane to locate WINCTR~1.EXE |
Right click WINCTR~1.EXE and select Delete | Click YES to the popup |
Empty your Recycle Bin
