To enable Fast User Switching, you must also enable the Use the Welcome
screen option. This feature cannot be used if your computer is a member of a
domain.

When I go to change users in XP Home its poping up a grey box that says This
computer is in use or locked. Only my user name or admin can unlock the
system and then gives a User name password box. How can I get it to show
the
blue box with all my user icons again?
