New Accounts Problems

Yesterday I bought a desktop computer the operating system is Windows XP
Pro. SP 2, 1034 RAM, AMD Athlon 64, 3500. After installation the operating
system and other software such as zonealarm security suite, and ms office
pro 2003. I created another two accounts one administrative account and one
limited account.

I do not have any problem with the administrative account that is created
during the installation. But the other two accounts have got a notepad
message whenever I log in. Here patched the notepad message:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

I also found that on the program menu called "desktop" Type of file:
Configuration Setting
Open with: Notepad
Size: 234bytes (234bytes)
Size on disk: 4:00 KB (4,096 bytes)

It does not happen with my laptop computer with same operating system and
software.

I do not have much knowledge about computer, please help me to fix this
problem.
