You might want to consider a program called AutoStreamer. It's a freebie
(although the author accepts donations) and it's available from
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/System-Tweak/Autostreamer.shtml
It's a relatively simple program to use and it has become the program of
choice for many users for slipstreaming XP with SP2. Some good step-by-step
instructions for using AutoStreamer can be found at
http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/slipstream.htm
