Slipstreaming a disk

I am running XP upgraded from ME. The ME disk is a repair disk (OEM). Is
there any way to slipstream a disk so that I don't have to put ME on when I
re-format? It does not recognize my NTFS paritions and my backup partition
got wiped out when I re-formatted. When I put the XP disk in and it asks for
the previous operating system disk the ME disk that I have does not work so
I end up having to install ME on and then install XP which is a pain. I
would like to create a all in one disk with the SP1 and SP2 on it as well.
Thanks
