Here are a couple.
Current screen saver is here...
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Value Name: SCRNSAVE.EXE
Data Type: REG_SZ
Value Data: Path to\your_filename_here.scr
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Value Name: ScreenSaveActive
Data Type: REG_SZ
Value Data: 0 or 1
0 = disable screen savers
1 = enable screen savers
