Hey Dixonian
Thanks for replying to our post.
I'm embarassed to say, I pulled up and went through the Device Manager, but
I'm not really sure what I am supposed to be looking for. I'm skittish when
it comes to going into the pc's system, registry, etc. I don't know how to
perform the procedure you suggested. I need a little help with that.
I also have been having a problem after system loading and coming on, I
don;t know if it's related to this problem or not:
" RUNDLL
Error loading C:\PROGRA~\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL
The specified module could not be found. "
Then later I get this message:
" C:\Program Files\Common Files|installShield\Professional\Run Time\ [then,
gives various #'s]\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe ... cannot access a
necessary file, "mscorre.dll "
Needless to say, I am totally befuddled by this ... I'm ready to get my
hammer and "Hit Any Key".
I've searched Kellys-Korner, and Doug's website, and haven't been able to
work through this.
----Thanks for any help ----
