Click on Undo

Undo has
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Uninst
all]
"NoAddRemovePrograms"=dword:00000000
plus more...

No sense in double clicking a reg file when you can reinstall.  ;-)
