| Always when I start my computer I receive te following error message:
| The application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000135). Click OK to
| terminate the application.

| If I click Ok I can use my computer with no problem, but I want to know what
| kind of program is cli.exe and how to correct it in order to initialize
| properly.

It is associated with ATI Catalyst type video cards and their associated software.
