movieland and mediapipe

Here's the problem I have, my brother-in-law lives about an 8 hour drive
from me, so I need to find a way for him to remove a program from movieland
called mediapipe.
If I was closer I would go dig out the program myself, but I'm not and
he's not that good with computers yet.
Searching out info on this all I found so far is "send us your HIGHJACKER
file and we'll tell you what we think".
hoping there is a way I can help him remove this without him having to fresh
install the computer.
Is there a program or or a tool someone might suggest?
.
