The file resides in it's own directory in Program Files. I deleted the
entire folder and, also removed any association in the registry using
'regedit'.
Upon reboot, it reappeared again. Apparently, some other file and/or
program is the parent to this annoying file/program. I am suspecting
a virus, and will take the advise of de Graff and run the program
recommended.
