SP2 installation remnants?

After successfully runnning/installing SP2 on my PC, I'm left with the
following strange/unorthodox-looking folder names on my primary harddisk
(C:\):
C:\0ed9fe43322c26b592d35b3dde4164
C:\8d2c23ef375ff157f93a5ae70546
C:\c47991ec9a5615edefc24dd31c
C:\ffa00b05f56ef37ba1d2199c4c104a81
Do they refer to valid programs, or can they be deleted?
Regards,
Per Odegaard.
