No Icons and Programs do not open
I first need to state that I am far from a power user. With that being
said, this is my problem. I am running XP and attempted to update to
symantec internet security 2006. The installation failed and the
following is not happening:
All my icons are generic and are .lnk
When I attempt to open an applications or double click on a document,
nothing happens.
When I double click on a folder it opens blank.
I cannot use Run to get into regedit
I hope there are solutions out there..All and any help would be greatly
appreciated.
