Don't feel too bad, troubleshooting wireless networks can be a
real PITA. If it makes you feel better, here's my latest
experience. Got a call from my brother recently because he
couldn't access the internet from his Toshiba laptop. An hour
later, we finally figured out that someone had hit the button
on the front of the laptop that enables/disables wireless
networking.
