Booting Error

Okay I'm having this problem
My computer is stalling at the screen where it gives you several
different ways to boot-up (i.e Safe Mode, Normal, etc etc)
I don't know what is going on!
Sys Specs-
Asus A7V333-X
AMD Athlon 2400
Ati 9600 XT
D-Link DFE-530TX+
Keeping in Mind that I just reinstalled my OS 2 Days Ago
