file bigger then 2GB

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi,
how can I copy a file, bigger then 2 GB on my hdd. The filesystem is NTFS, and there should be no constraints for filesize. But i get the error, "maximum filesize reached" at exactly 2 GB.
