Re: Printer fails to print in program

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

A lot of older programs don't work as they originally did with dos or older
dos based windows versions.
There are some "tricks" that might be applicable if you will--

Identify the program, and what does or does not print.
Is it a program intended for use with dos? A specific windows version?
Is/are the printer(s) attached to the PC's, or a LAN printer, and what make
and model is the printer.
Since it (by your remarks) works for some users, and not for others, whaat
general differences exist between users.
(Different windows versions, locations, workgroups, restricted users, etc.)
