Hi,
I bought a new mp3 player two days ago. I installed the drive and the
program supplied by its CD, but when i connect the player to the
computer, first it says "Found new hardware unknown device" then it
says that "USB device not recognized" . I got sp2 installed, and yes
iâ??ve tried all the usb ports both on the front and the back. I
havent tried any other usb devices on my comp. The mainboard drivers
are uptodate and usb is enabled from the bios. Someone pls help me
iâ??m going to get crazy :/
Thks for your help..
Note : my mainboard is MSI K8N Neo2 and the player is sony NW-HD3..
There are 1 std. ench.pci to usb host controller and 2 std.openhcd usb
host controller and 3usb root hubs.(and yes iâ??ve uninstalled them
then rebooted the system but it was no use :/ )
edit : to check the usb iâ??ve connected my hp 3745 printer and its
working without any problems..
