Re: Font is OK in fonts folder but not in programs

I have completely removed Helvetica from my system and it is no longer
listed in my C:\Windows\Fonts folder, but when I go into Word or Quark,
Helvetica is still available as a font option and when I use it and type I
get the same problem.
What is going on? How can I still type with Helvetica even though it is not
installed in my Fonts folder? I need this problem fixed soon as I can't do
any work until it is fixed. This is driving me crazy!
(I hope it doesn't appear that I am angry at you - quite the opposite - I am
waiting for any response you give that will hopefully fix this problem.)
