Mac OS Install on PC System

I have a PC System
Athalon XP 3000+ (soon to be 64 3500)
Asus mobo A7V600-X (not sure what the change will be)
1 Corsair G of Ram
1 80 GB HD
1 120 GB storage HD
PCI Sound Card
PCI Wireless Card
PCI Firewire Card
AGP ATI Radeon 9600 XT All-In-Wonder
500 W ATX Power Supply
Normal Mouse and Keyboard ( I know you can use them with macs )

My question is, Can I install the Mac OS X or higher operating system
on a hardrive and run it on this computer...What do i have to do to
install it, what do i need to install it, or if i cant do it, why cant
i install it?
