Adjust font size when printing emails?

When I print out an incoming or sent message from within Outlook express - I
get a rather large font that I don't seem to be able to downsize.

Where can I find the setting to adjust this?

I tried the "compose" tab from the "Tools" menu but the size is set at
Arial 9pt which is WAY smaller than I am getting now.
