Hi Mike,
Reinstall it by going to Control Panel - Add/remove programs - on the
left, click on Add/remove Windows Components - with Accessories and
Utilities highlighted click Details and Details again. If Paint is
check, uncheck it and follow the wizard to save the settings. Repeat the
process and this time and put a check next to Paint.
