Re: Windows XP will not load, system hangs

I have tried the suggested items still nothing. One thing I forgot to
mention, "explorer.exe" never closes on its own. I have to shut it down.

I tried renaming "explorer.exe" to "explorero.exe". After I close
explorer.exe and run the copied version"explorero.exe immediately my desktop
appears in a window and I am able to get to everything on my computer. But I
can not copy items to a CD or flashdrive only to the A drive.

If I don't close "explorero.exe" before restart I get a blue screen
indicating errors, I am assuming this is because I didn 't change it anywhere
to look for the new file name.

Any more help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
