folder sharing

I have a broadband internet connection and I have set up a home network. I
have a cable modem which plugs into a router with 3 computers connected to
it. All the machines are running Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 2. I
enabled file sharing on all the machines. I have set up folders to share
on each machine. Previously, all 3 machines had no problems when it cames to
sharing folders. This has changed and I can't pinpoint what has happened.
Now, each machine is able to see all 3 members of the workgroup. Machines #1
And #2 can access the shared folders from each other but can't access the
shared folders of machine #3. When they try the get the following message.
"#3 is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network
resource. Contact the administator of this server to find out if you have
access permissions" However Machine #3 can access the shared folders of
#1and #2.
The TCP\IP properties for all 3 machines are set up to obtain an IP address
automatically. In the advanced TCP\IP settings, the NetBIOS setting under
the WINS tab is set for "Enable NetBIOS over TCP\IP. I have tried stopping
and restarting "computer Services" from the Services Management Console. I
have also tried disabling Windows firewall as well as McAfee firewall.
However the problem still remains.
I am able to ping machine #3 from #1 and #2. Also I have made sure that the
guest account is turned on #3. I have set up different passwords on ## for
the administrator account. I have set up a password for the administrator
account when #3 is in safe mode. There is no password for the administrator
account when #3 is running regularly.
Any assistance would be appreciated
