Re: Name / password problem

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi John,

Thanks for your update.

I noticed the following conditions as you mentioned:

1. The issue only occurs on the certain Web site (weeronlinebv.nl).
2. You can visit all other sites needs authentication without any problems.
3. The Web site owners are investigating on the problem.

This is very weird. We have not found any similar issue which is caused by
latest updates. Certainly, we cannot test this issue on that Web site
because we don't have an account.

Furthermore, is there another computer using the same Internet connection?
If so, I recommend you may test this issue on that computer. If the issue
still occurs, but just on this particular Web site, I think you may need
the Web site owner's help to resolve this specific issue.

If you still suspect that updates cause this issue, you may try to
uninstall the latest updates from Add or Remove Programs one by one. After
remove each update, you may test this issue again. If the issue is caused
by certain update, this method will help us find out which update is the
one.

Hope this helps.

Have a nice day!

Sincerely,
Tom Che
