I am afraid my explanation of the problem was really poor. The memory
sticks are really Cruzer mini drives. Basically, I can boot the SBS2003
server with any of them installed, but cannot boot the XP system if either of
the 1 Gigs drives installed. I can boot XP with either the 2 gig or the 1/2
gig.
