End Program

Yes I saw this posted the other day, but now I don't see it. I am having
same problem.
I am running XP Pro, SP2 (fully updated), Zone Alarm (free version) and an
Antivirus Program. All are fully updated. I have run all kinds of spyware
programs and nothing is showing up.
When I go to shutdown or reboot, I get a popup "End Program --
IEEXPLORE.EXE". This seems to started after updating xp the last time, and
getting worse every day. At first it was intermittent, but now it happens
every time I have used IE during a session. I cannot swear it is associated
with the updates.
Before doing shutdown or reboot, I have checked the Task Manager, Process
tab and IEEXPLORE.EXE, is listed as many times as I have opened IE during
the session. If it is listed more than once, then I get that popup that
many times, before xp finally shuts down.
I have checked MS Knowledge base and the reference it made to this was in
Spanish Version of XP, which was NO help.
NEED HELP please LOL. This is a PITA.
Thanks
