Same answer.

Go through the list I gave you earlier - see what things you do and don't
do. Scan your system for spyware/adware/malware. Scan it for
viruses/worms/trojans. CHKDSK your drive(s). Uninstall unused applications
and set unused services to manual. Tweak your system a little and clean it
up - then see if you can get patches.. If you cannot - come back here with
these "errors and stuff" and try posting the exact messages you are seeing.
