Shut down from task manager

I used to be able to shut down my Win XP Pro machine from a Remote Desktop
connection session using task manager. Now, however, the Shut Down menu item
is no longer there...all I see is File, Options, View, and Help. Any ideas
how I can get the Shut Down menu item back on Task Manager?
