A little searching would have found that this same question was asked and
answered just two days ago, as well as many, many times in the past.

Pick the monitor up and turn it over.
The less exhausting way is to go to display properties, Settings tab,
Advanced button, and look for a tab specific to your video card maker.
There you should find some setting dealing with rotating screen.
You could also check the website of your graphics card maker for support.

After pressing random buttons on the keyboard the image on the screen is now
upside down and the mouse reacts as if it were upside down. It is connected
to a touch screen that reacts as if the image on the screen was correct.
When you reboot the start up screens are the correct way up but then it
reverts back.
