Thanks for the tips. I tried the methods but still does not work. I
noticed that they have Norton Internet Security installed which expired
11/19/04. I tried to uninstall it but couldn't. It requires a supervisor
status, but there were no supervisor status to start with. I wonder if
Norton could be interefereing with the system even though it's expired and
all the items are disabled.
