wtKernel

I am getting a cannot find wtKernel error message when I try to go into my
security settings. Appears to be preventing me from updating my Antivirus
Software provided by my ISP. Additionally, it seems to screw up my internet
connection intermittently. I tried the previously listed advice going to
start/ run and typing SFC / SCANNOW. This does not seem to have done
anything?
