ctrl+alt+del problem

Help! When I press ctrl+alt+delete, it goes directly to the task manager,
instead of the usual Windows Security screen the has the choices, shut down,
lock, change password, etc.
Anybody know what is causing this and how it can be corrected? This problem
has just started recently, it used to work fine. I checked system for viruses
with McAfee and it didn't find anything. Thanks in advance.
