I appreciate the resource links. I'll look at them today.
I am curious? Do you have some method of searching for all those listings
or is it just years of experience in TS'ing MS user problems and you"ve got a
photographic memory :-). I ask because I'm trying to become more self
sufficient and knowledgable in this career field.
