Yes, I am a regular. I only read posts that interest me, this isn't my job
so reading uninteresting posts... Well, you figure it out. ;-)

Microsoft does have people monitoring the newsgroups on their news servers.
But mostly it is people who are interested in helping others with Windows
problems or opportunities.
