Re: Can't find message

Pete,

You were close. LOL Keep in mind that times do not mean much as they are
displayed in each user's time zone. You are -0400 GMT and I am -0600, for
example.

I know you're using Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1506. Ctrl + F3 on
highlighted message. ;-) Ctrl + F3 shows the Message Source. That's how I
got the time zone info.

OE | Tools | Options | Read tab | Mark message read after displaying for x
seconds(s)

Mark message read after displaying for x seconds(s)
[[Specifies whether a message should be marked as read after you have
previewed it for the number of seconds indicated. If you clear this check
box, messages are not marked as read unless you open the message in a
message window. To select the message in the list, click the Edit menu, and
then click Mark as Read.]]

[[E-mail and newsgroup messages are automatically marked as read after they
are open for a certain length of time. If you don't want messages
automatically marked, on the Tools menu, click Options, click the Read tab,
and then clear the Mark message read after displaying for x seconds(s) check
box. ]]
