NDIS USER MODE DRIVER

I originally posted this under a different forum and got the basic do a web
search response, which I've already done. What I am hoping for is to impose
on someone with an extended knowledge in this topic to provide "childlike
explanations of what this service does. I thank any who respond in advance

people".... could someone explain to me just what is the :
ndis user mode i/o driver
Just curious so I won't take it as an insult if you explain it to me in
