Re: problem with disc cleanup - can't delete temp internet files

I first tried to delete files by way of "start.. run... inetcpl.cpl, but
when I tried to delete files my response was " An exception occurred while
trying to run "shell 32.dll" Control_Run DLL
"C:\Windows\systems32\inetcpl.cpl" Then it shut down.
Would you know why this happens???
I did download disc cleaner and it did a great job. Although I did get a
pop up box stating "Access violation........ in module wininet.dll". I
clicked ok and it worked anyway.
