giFt not running???

After a new connection to cable moden, Music download site wil not work!!
When connection to site this is what happens.
Recieve network error:
an invalid argument was supplied,
Winsock Description: WinSock 2.0
WinSock Status: Running
giFt is not running!
The connection to the giFt backend was unexpectedly lost,
This is due to connection error, which is most likely due to a firewall.

after go to websit and following instruction, uninstall, restart, etc, same
message appears.
