I'd suggest taking a llok at the system event logs. Click the Start button,
then go to Run and type (or copy and paste) the following:
eventvwr.msc /s
This will bring up the Event Viewer MMC add-on. Look through the Application
and System subcategories for any events that states an error, you will
notice these as the X in a red circle.
After you find one, most of the time there will be a hyperlink, click on it,
select Yes to the dialog box, and it will take you to the Help and Support
Center and provide information on that specific error event.
