Huh..... glad to know it isn't just me.... so when I call SBC/Global, what
should I say to make them understand. I often want to pull my hair out after
talking to a tech support when they don't understand. So any assistant on
how to state the problem, would be helpfull.
It isn't like AOL that would disconnect all the time, but you could dial up
again and it would connect.
And any other ideas on what this could be would also be appreciated.
