You can do so via Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. You'll need to
select the Show Updates checkbox at the top of the Add or Remove
Programs dialog box to see the update.
Before you do this, I'd be inclined to give the registry fix one last
try. If you save the following text to a file called MaxAllowedZone.reg
and then run this on one of the affected machines, can you then access
HTML Help files stored on the network from that machine?
