Paulo,

Open Regedit.exe and navigate to:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Winamp.File]

* Backup the key to a REG file.*

Delete the "EditFlags" value in the right-pane.
Delete the "CLSID" sub-key under Winamp.File

Restart Windows.
