SVHOST.exe application eror

Iam using WIN XP home edition..when ever i shut down my system i get
this error message..
"0x10003d58" command cannot read the memory "0x10003d58"
and the system shutsdown automatically.
what is the reason???will this have any effect to my OS?? What should
be done so that i do not get this message???
Please help...Thanks in advance...
