Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Didn't work for me. Bummer. Out of curiosity, did you empty the recycle bin
after deleting the picture? Because I didn't so that it could be restored in
case it didn't work. Maybe that is why it didn't work. Also, were there any
system restarts involved?
